Registration: Space in our workshops is limited, so we encourage you to register early. Registration can be completed online.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of confirming the booking, our team will contact you to confirm the booking along with a payment link.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, due to the nature of our workshops, which involve pre-purchased ingredients and preparation, our policy is as follows -
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. However, you can reuse the credit for another session by contacting us.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the workshop. To reschedule, please contact us.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the workshop is subject to a fee of 80 AED (not refundable).
No-Shows and Late Arrivals:
If you register for a workshop but do not attend, no refund will be issued OR a possibility to reschedule.
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Acceptance of latecomers is at our discretion.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of registration. While we do our best to accommodate your needs, our kitchen may contain common allergens.
Participation: Active participation is encouraged! Our workshops are designed to be hands-on and interactive.
Consumption: At the end of the session, you are welcome to enjoy the baked goods created by our pastry chefs. You may also take home your baked goods. However, outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Basic safety instructions will be provided at the start of the workshop. Please follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
By registering for a workshop, you agree that CRAVE BAKES FOR SWEETS & CANDIES PREPARING, LLC. is not responsible for any personal injuries, damage, or loss of property during the event. All participants are responsible for their safety and belongings.
